As part of the LGBT's 25th Anniversary 'UCC LGBT and Friends' present "Cloud Nine" by Carl Churchill

UCC Philosoph Society and UCC LGBT

Twenty five years ago, immediately following a debate hosted by UCC Philisoph on the motion “That This House Supports a Gay Society on Campus” the UCC LGB [now UCC LGBT] was founded.

To celebrate this important historical event for both societies, the UCC LGBT and UCC Philosoph are proud to host a debate, to coincide with the Silver Jubilee Celebrations, on the motion: “Is homosexuality a lifestyle choice?”

Monday 28th November

Pre Reception: 7pm, Old Bar.

Debate: 7.30pm, G19 [not Boole 4 as first advertised]

Following the debate, celebrations will continue at Mercury Lounge.
